Evening Service

Holy Communion 1st Sunday  

This service is a modern version of the Book of Common Prayer.  Traditional hymns are used and there is an address of around 15 minutes.

Informal Café Style Worship 2nd Sunday

This informal service with talks, music and food has a relaxed atmosphere and will appeal to everyone but particular younger members and their families.

Choral Evensong 3rd Sunday

This sung service is taken from the Book of Common Prayer and is in traditional language. The service has traditional hymns and is choir and organ accompanied.

Night Prayer 4th Sunday

A quiet and reflective service lasting about 30 minutes with periods of meditation. It is based on the 8th century service of Compline.  The service is followed by tea and cakes!

Prayer around Church 5th Sunday

This service focuses on the life and ministry of the local church.  As we walk around the church we stop at various places (eg font, pulpit etc...) in order to pray and read relevant Bible passages.
